Refer a potential new employee to Sandy Berry in HR. If they are hired and satisfactorily completes the required days of service, you will qualify for an employee referral bonus.
The referral form must be completed and submitted to HR prior to the interview. If the form is not completed or not legible, you will not qualify for the referral bonus.
PAY-OUT:
• 50% following their 60 days of service
• Balance following 180 days of service
BONUS:
• Superintendent/Foreman $1,500
• Carpenter $1,000
• Open Office Positions $1,000
• Laborer $500
• Other Field/Shop Open Positions $500
